The Board of Directors and Management of the Company had joined the meeting and declared the performance of the Company for the year 2022. The meeting had resolution approved the dividends payment from the operation result of the year 2022 for each common shares at the rate of 2.20 Baht per share and for the preferred shares at the rate of 3.70 Baht. Grand total amount of dividends payment is 117,358,887 Baht or 47.71 percent of net profit.
