This initiative is driven by clearly defined <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"349\">policies and strategic targets<\/strong> aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing long-term environmental impacts.<\/p><p data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"683\">The plan is built upon three key pillars: <strong data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"513\">100% regulatory compliance<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"566\">process optimization to reduce waste generation<\/strong>, and the implementation of the <strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"640\">3Rs principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)<\/strong> to promote efficient resource utilization.<\/p><p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1078\">For 2026, the organization has set measurable targets, including a <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"796\">5\u20138% reduction in total waste generation<\/strong>, using 2025 as the baseline year; at least a <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"878\">10% reduction in hazardous waste<\/strong>; an increase in the <strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"924\">recycling rate to 20%<\/strong>; and an improvement in <strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"987\">waste segregation efficiency to 95%<\/strong>.
