Crown Seal Public Company Limited held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (The 30^th Meeting) on Friday, April 21, 2023, 10:30 a.m. to be solely by Electronic Meeting method only. The Board of Directors and Management of the Company had joined the meeting and declared the performance of the Company for the year 2022. The meeting had resolution approved the dividends payment from the operation result of the year 2022 for each common shares at the rate of 2.20 Baht per share and for the preferred shares at the rate of 3.70 Baht.
