CSC Advances Its 2026 ESG Strategy, Elevating Waste Management Toward Comprehensive Sustainability

The organization has announced its Environmental (E) Action Plan under the ESG framework for 2026, with a strong focus on systematic and sustainable waste management. This initiative is driven by clearly defined policies and strategic targets aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing long-term environmental impacts.

The plan is built upon three key pillars: 100% regulatory compliance, process optimization to reduce waste generation, and the implementation of the 3Rs principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to promote efficient resource utilization.

For 2026, the organization has set measurable targets, including a 5–8% reduction in total waste generation, using 2025 as the baseline year; at least a 10% reduction in hazardous waste; an increase in the recycling rate to 20%; and an improvement in waste segregation efficiency to 95%. These targets reflect the organization’s strong commitment to effective waste management.

In addition, a structured approach to waste and resource management has been established, starting from waste segregation by category—including general waste, recyclable waste, hazardous waste, and infectious waste—along with proper storage and transportation tracking through a Manifest Tracking System. This is complemented by appropriate water resource and wastewater management practices.

From a compliance and governance perspective, the organization continues to maintain its certification under ISO 14001, conducts regular internal audits, and periodically reviews its environmental policies and objectives to ensure alignment with current conditions.

The 2026 ESG Environmental Plan demonstrates the organization’s commitment to becoming an environmentally responsible enterprise, balancing business growth with the sustainable management of natural resources for the future.
