On 10 August 2026, Crown Seal Public Company Limited, represented by its Managing Director, received the “Happy Workplace Organization Standard” award at the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM) building. The award reflects the Company’s excellence in systematically managing and promoting employee well-being.

  The award ceremony was organized through a collaboration between the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM) and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). The initiative aims to promote organizational well-being among 64 pilot establishments across 31 provinces nationwide, comprising 48 manufacturing establishments, 7 trading establishments, and 9 service establishments.

  Crown Seal Public Company Limited officially announced its Happy Workplace policy on 9 September 2024 and established a “Happiness Creation Working Committee” to continuously and seriously drive employee well-being initiatives across all dimensions.
