Crown Seal Public Company Limited Receives “Healthy Organization Model” Award
On 18 August 2026, Crown Seal Public Company Limited received the “Healthy Organization Model” Award (one of 50 pilot organizations). Mr. Jiraporn Nootong, Managing Director, assigned Mr. Ranyupintusamit, Human Resources Manager, to receive the award on behalf of the Company from Mr. Chalasthia, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries, at the Grand Richmond Hotel, Nonthaburi Province.
The award ceremony was held under the “Project for the Development and Promotion of Establishments under the Federation of Thai Industries Network to Become Healthy Organizations,” which was established through the collaboration of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and the Thai Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Industries Association (TETA). The project aims to comprehensively improve the quality of life of working-age people.
Over the two-year implementation period of the project, it has created significant positive changes in the health of employees participating from 50 organizations, as follows:
- Risk behaviors decreased: Smoking and alcohol consumption each decreased by 8%, while unhealthy dietary behaviors decreased by 10%.
- Safety and health care increased: The rate of wearing helmets and seat belts while travelling increased by 20%, mental health improved by 14%, and exercise or physical activity increased by 12%.
- Tangible results: The rate of illness and sick leave decreased by 10%, helping to effectively reduce medical expenses and income loss resulting from illness.
Crown Seal Public Company Limited has systematically placed importance on and driven the development of a Healthy Organization since 2024 by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop the organization’s capabilities under the TETA Association through the Happy Workplace concept. The Company focuses on reducing risk factors for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), together with creating health-promoting factors and encouraging a good working environment, with the aim of becoming a model organization that sustainably passes on good health and well-being to working people.
