Efficient Water Management

Crown Seal Public Company Limited (CSC) is committed to efficient water resource management as part of its sustainability strategy and environmental responsibility. The company continuously improves water consumption control across its production processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

From 2021 to 2025, CSC successfully reduced its total annual water consumption, reaching 61,280 cubic meters in 2025 — the lowest level recorded within the five-year period. This achievement reflects the effectiveness of the company’s water management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

In terms of Water Intensity, CSC improved its water usage efficiency significantly, reducing consumption from 8.26 cubic meters per one million pieces produced in 2021 to 5.98 cubic meters in 2025, representing a 27.6% improvement compared to the baseline year.

The 2025 performance also exceeded the company’s water efficiency target of 6.0 cubic meters per one million pieces produced, demonstrating CSC’s strong commitment to sustainable operations and responsible resource utilization.

The Company places strong emphasis on sustainable water quality management through continuous monitoring and assessment of key water quality parameters, including Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), and Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN). These indicators are regularly evaluated to ensure effective environmental control and minimize potential impacts on the environment.

Based on the five-year monitoring results (2021–2025), all monitored parameters consistently remained within the applicable standard limits, reflecting the Company’s effective water quality management practices and its commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable operations.
